Hula Fitness & Technique
We are offering a unique take on the Hawaiian Culture and Dance- and we are introducing a low-to-high impact hula-based regimen that establishes a strong core and sculpting by way of Hawaiian dance. This class is for all fitness levels and ages.
The Hula Fitness workout isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms., while building stamina.
